摘要
2018年10月24日,荆州市馨爱宠物医院接诊了1只8岁、体重7.4 kg的雄性比熊犬,该犬排尿困难,尿中带血,坐立不安,半夜呻吟,在送诊1 d前开始不吃不喝,为了对该犬所患疾病进行诊断,试验采用临床检查、血液生化指标检查及DR影像系统检测进行确诊,并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果表明:该犬为尿道结石并发前列腺增大,通过手术取出结石,安装导尿管,摘除睾丸,抗菌消炎。患犬经过1周治疗,预后良好。说明手术疗法对犬尿道结石和前列腺增大有良好疗效。
On October 24,2018,Jingzhou Xinai Pet Hospital received a male 8-year-old Bichon dog weighing 7.4 kg.The dog had difficulty urinating,blood in the urine,fidgeting,squatting in the middle of the night.And the dog do not eat or drink 1 day before the diagnosis.In order to diagnose the dog's disease,clinical examination,blood biochemical index examination and DR imaging test were used to diagnose,and the treatment was perfiormed according to the diagnosis result.The results showed that the dog was a urethral stone with prostate enlargement.The stone was removed by surgery,the catheter was installed,the testicle was removed,and the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory were performed.The affected dog had a good prognosis after 1 week of treatment.It shows that surgical treatment has a good effect on canine urinary calculi and enlarged prostate.
