摘要
《医院智慧服务分级评估标准体系(试行)》发布前,从全国东、中、西部遴选了21家不同级别、不同类型医院开展试点评价工作。从试点医院的分布情况、评价结果等方面进行分析,总结目前医院开展智慧服务的主要特点和存在问题,并提出工作建议。目前标准已正式发布,并开始在全国医院应用。
Before the release of "Smart Service Scoring System(Trial)",21 pilot hospitals of different grades and types were selected from the east, central and west of China to attend the first time estimate. This paper analyzed the distribution and evaluation results of the pilot hospitals, summarized the main characteristics and problems of smart service in hospitals, and put forward suggestions. The standard has been officially released, and more hospitals from all over the nation will join in this estimate.
