摘要
目的 探讨百令胶囊辅助治疗慢性肾衰竭( CRF)的效果.方法 选取上海中医药大学附属龙华医院2018年1月至2018年5月收治的120例慢性肾衰竭CKD 3~4期患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各60例.对照组予饮食控制,调节血压、血脂、血糖;纠正贫血、改善酸碱失衡及电解质紊乱等常规治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加服百令胶囊.持续治疗3个月,比较两组的总有效率、肾功能水平,包括血清肌酐( Scr)、尿素氮( BUN)、肌酐清除率(Ccr);T淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子水平,包括CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+ /CD8^+、自然杀伤( NK)细胞.结果 实验组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05).两组患者治疗前的T淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子水平及肾功能水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05).两组患者治后的肾功能水平(Scr、BUN)均较治疗前好转,且实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05).两组治疗后的 Ccr 水平较治疗前升高,且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05).两组患者治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+ /CD8^+、NK细胞均升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);且实验组T淋巴细胞亚群指标高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05).结论 百令胶囊辅助治疗CRF临床疗效较好,可改善肾功能,增强免疫功能,具有一定的临床应用价值.
Objective To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic renal failure CKD 3-4 who were admitted to Longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group(n=60).The control group was given dietary control to regulate blood pressure,blood lipids,blood sugar,to correct anemia,improve acid-base imbalance and electrolyte imbalance,and the experimental group was given Bailing capsule on the basis of the control group.Continuous treatment for 3 months,comparing the total effective rate and renal function levels of the two groups,in eluding serum creatinine(Ser),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine clearance(Ccr),T lymphocyte subsets and cytokine levels,including CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,natural killer(NK)cells.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in T lymphocyte subsets and cytokine levels and renal function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The renal function levels(Scr,BUN)of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Ccr after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,and natural killer(NK)cells were increased in the two groups after treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group had high T lymphocyte subsets.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Bailing capsule has a good clinical effect in the treatment of CRF,which can improve renal function and enhance immune function.It has certain clinical application value.
