摘要
牙种植体表面涂层是影响种植体骨结合的关键因素之一。优化种植体表面微纳结构,增强种植体亲水性、骨传导性,减少应力传导,是20世纪来各大商业公司的研究热点。本文主要综述各主流商用不同材料种植体的表面涂层技术,分析其利弊,进一步理解牙种植体表面不同涂层制备方法,为未来的种植体新材料和新涂层的研发提供思路。
Surface coating of dental implant is one of the key factors affecting implant osseointegration.Optimizing the micro-nano structure on the implant surface,enhancing the hydrophilicity and osteoconductivity of the implant,and reducing stress transmission are the research hotspots of major commercial companies in the 20th century.This paper mainly reviews the surface coating technology of mainstream commercial implants of different materials,to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,to further understand the possibility of different coating preparation methods on the dental implant surface,and provides new ideas for future implants’new materials and new coatings.
