摘要
目的:分析深圳健康人群参考区间的建立及其在缺铁性贫血诊疗中的应用价值。方法:选择2016年6月至2017年1月深圳地区不同年龄及性别的健康人群2400例,进行血常规检测,视作对照组,按照红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)进行低血红蛋白密度计算;另外选择经确诊的缺铁性贫血患者共120例,视作观察组,在治疗前后分别进行血常规测定以及低血红蛋白密度的计算,比较两组患者的结果。结果:对照组患者的LHD%水平为(2.62±0.94)%,男性LHD%水平为(2.90±0.77)%,女性为(2.14±0.73)%;治疗后观察组患者的LHD%、Hb、MCHC均与治疗前存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:建立深圳健康人群低血红蛋白密度参考区间,低血红蛋白密度对于早期诊断缺铁性贫血具有较高敏感度,可以视作这一疾病早期诊断以及治疗中效果评估的有效指标。
Objective:to analyze the establishment of reference interval of healthy population in Shenzhen and its application value in diagnosis and treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods:2400 healthy people of different ages and sexes in Shenzhen area in June 2016 January were selected as the control group.The low hemoglobin density was calculated according to the mean hemoglobin concentration of red blood cells(MCHC).In addition,a total of 120 patients with diagnosed iron deficiency anemia were selected as the study group.Blood routine test and low hemoglobin density were calculated before and after treatment,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:the level of LHD%in the control group was(2.62+0.94)%,the level of male LHD%was(2.90+0.77)%,and the female was(2.14+0.73)%.The LHD%,Hb and MCHC in the study group were statistically significant compared with the results before treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:the low HB density reference interval of healthy people in Shenzhen is established.The low hemoglobin density is highly sensitive to early diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia,and it can be regarded as an effective index for early diagnosis and evaluation of effect in the treatment of this disease.
