摘要
退役是运动员人生中的重要转折,如何帮助运动员退役后更好地就业和创业,一直是国家和社会关注的话题。伴随国家"双创"战略实施,创业成为很多运动员退役后的优先选择。但运动员自身在知识储备及技能掌握上的主观因素及政策制度等客观因素共同影响着运动员退役后的就业创业。文章从创业机会理论的视角,对我国退役运动员就业创业现状进行了分析,认为退役运动员在退役安置政策、社会传播渠道、创业环境等方面都有了明显改善,退役运动员再就业的路径也拓宽了许多,自主创业已成为促进退役运动员再就业的新途径。研究结果表明:创业机会在退役运动员创业实践中发挥着核心作用。最后,建议通过完善退役运动员社会保障体制,加强运动员文化学习与职业教育,动员各方力量来促进退役运动员就业创业。
Retirement is an important turning point in the life of athletes. How to help athletes to have better employment and entrepreneurship after retirement has always been a topic of concern for the country and society. With the implementation of the National "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" Strategy,entrepreneurship has become a priority choice for many athletes after retirement.However,the subjective factors and the policy system of the athletes ’own knowledge reserve and skill mastery affect the problem of reemployment after the athletes retire. From the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunity theory,the re-employment status of retired athletes in China and the status of entrepreneurship are analyzed. There have been significant improvements in the policies for retirement and resettlement,social communication channels and entrepreneurial environment for retired athletes. The path for retired athletes to reemployment has also been broadened,and self-employment has become a new way to promote the re-employment of retired athletes. The research results show that entrepreneurial opportunities play a central role in the practice of retired athletes’ entrepreneurship. Finally,the suggestions are provided to promote the re-employment and entrepreneurship of retired athletes,through improvement of social security system for retired athletes and enhancement of knowledge and vocation education.
