摘要
南京国民政府建政后,通过修订商会法对各级商会组织进行改组。在剧烈的政治转型环境之下,随着民族危机逐渐加剧,汉口商会经历组织改选后在多个方面与政府保持着政治合作。20世纪30年代国民党训政体制之下,汉口商会在国民会议代表选举以及应对民族经济危机等活动中仍努力彰显地方商人组织参政议政的功能。汉口商会充分发挥着其在地方商人与社会中的影响力和经济动员能力,以经济战形式积极引导汉口工商界抵制日货,联合地方政府建立国货委员会筹办大型国货展销。抗战爆发后,汉口商会更是发挥在地方经济社会领域的影响力,积极主动参与经济绝交,通过整合地方商界力量以集体行动公开支持抗战。
After the establishment of the Nanking National Government,the Chamber of Commerce Organizations at all levels was restructured by amending the Chamber of Commerce Act.In a transitional environment,as the national crisis deepened gradually,the Hankou Chamber of Commerce kept political cooperation with the government after its organization construction.In the National Assembly elections and in response to the national economic crisis and other activities,the Hankou Chamber of Commerce played the role of local businessmen in organizing political participation in 1930 s.The Hankou Chamber of Commerce actively led the Hankou Business Community to boycott Japanese goods,united the local authority to establish the National Goods Committee and prepare the large-scale National Goods Exhibition which fully demonstrated the influence and economic mobilization in local businessmen and society.After the full-scale breakout of the Anti-Japanese War,the Hankou Chamber of Commerce positively terminated its economic activities with Japan and publicly supported the Anti-Japanese War by collective actions through the integration of local business forces,which exerted its influence in the field of local economy and society.
