摘要
近年来,随着市场经济的发展、人们消费水平的提高、饮食结构的变化,樱桃经济效益愈来愈明显。本文介绍澄城县大樱桃产业发展概况,并分析其栽培过程中存在栽培方式不科学,品种结构待优化,授粉配置不合理,管理模式粗放以及采收技术不成熟等问题,提出优质高效栽培关键技术,通过合理的选择砧木与品种、配置授粉树、整形修剪,加大土壤、水肥以及后期管理,加强病虫害防治,促进樱桃生长发育,提高整体品质与产量。
In recent years, with the development of market economy and the people’s consumption level and the change of diet structure,the economic benefits of cherry production had became more and more obvious. This paper mainly introduced the general situation of the development of big cherry industry in Chengcheng County. Some problems existing in the cultivation process were analyzed such as unscientific cultivation method, structure should be optimized, unreasonable pollination allocation, extensive management mode and immature harvesting technology.Some suggestions were put forward such as reasonable selection of rootstocks and varieties, allocation of pollination trees, plastic pruning, increasing of soil, water and fertilizer management,strengthen prevention and control of diseases and insect pests in order to promote the growth,quality and yield of cherry.
