摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,企业对于新型财务管理人才的需求与日俱增。这也对当前财务管理专业教学提出了新的挑战,CDIO理念正是基于此引入到财务管理专业教学当中,以最大限度地改善传统教学的弊端,提升教学质量与教学效果。本文以CDIO教育理念为视角,以财务管理专业为研究对象,重点探究新时期背景下教学改革的必要性以及优化对策和途径,旨在为财务管理专业培养具备综合素养的创新性应用型人才提供一丝助力或借鉴。
With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for new financial management talents increases day by day,which proposes a new challenge to the current teaching of financial management specialty. Based on this,CDIO concept is introduced into the teaching of financial management specialty,in order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching to a maximal degree and improve the teaching quality and effect. This paper,from the perspective of CDIO education concept,taking financial management specialty as the research object,focuses on the necessity of teaching reform under the background of the new era and optimizing countermeasures and ways,hoping to provide references for financial management specialty to cultivate innovative and applied talents with comprehensive literacy.
