摘要
目的均匀设计对化瘀消癥方进行不同配伍,通过谱效分析筛选有效物质群。方法运用U8(85)均匀设计表分组设计化瘀消癥方,以HTR-8/SVneo细胞生长抑制率为药效学指标,结合液质联用(HPLC-MS)指纹图谱技术,经多元回归分析,初步探讨化瘀消癥方的有效物质群。结果初步推断其有效物质群为丹参酸B、隐丹参酮、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、芍药内酯苷、苦杏仁苷。结论均匀设计与谱效研究相结合,初步得出了化瘀消癥方的有效物质群。
Objective Uniform design was applied to investigate the compatibility rules of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction and screen the effective substance group with spectrum-effect relation analysis.Methods Taking uniform design U8(85)to investigate the Huayu Xiaozheng decoction,combined with HTR-8 cell proliferation rate as an index and HPLC-MS fingerprinting,using the multiple regression analysis to obtain the optimal combination,finally confirming the effective substance group of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction.Results Correlation analysis preliminary inferred that the effective substance group includes salvianic acid B,cryptotanshinone,dihydrotanshinoneⅠ,paeoniflorin and amygdalin.Conclusion Uniform design with spectrum-effect relation analysis preliminarily identified the effective substance group of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction.
