摘要
本文针对不同地理位置的视频监控系统集成进行研究,设计了基于大数据的远程设备智能检测系统。对系统具有的视频监控管理、智能检测、生产设备运维大数据分析、移动智能监测与虚拟维护、生产设备运行状态检测与预报、远程设备运维服务六个平台进行设计和分析,能及时发现网络、设备等故障,降低运维成本,提高公司的自动化控制系统的安全性、可靠性和稳定性。
In this paper, the integration of video monitoring systems in different geographical locations is studied, and an intelligent remote equipment detection system based on large data is designed. The system has six platforms: video surveillance management, intelligent detection, large data analysis of production equipment operation and maintenance, mobile intelligent monitoring and virtual maintenance, production equipment operation status detection and prediction, remote equipment operation and maintenance service. The system can detect network and equipment faults in time, reduce operation and maintenance costs and improve operation and maintenance. Safety, reliability and stability of the company’s automation control system.
