摘要
本试验研究复合菌培养物对母猪生产性能、免疫功能及抗氧化能力的影响,旨在为该制剂在猪生产上的应用提供理论依据。试验选择胎次、体重、临产期相近的加系母猪40头,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组4个重复,每个重复5头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加10%复合菌培养物,试验期共40 d。记录母猪产仔情况、采食量和便秘情况,称取仔猪出生重、20日龄断奶重。于分娩24 h内和产后20天,耳静脉采集母猪血液,测定免疫指标和抗氧化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组母猪窝均死胎数降低了45.45%(P<0.01);试验组每头母猪平均每日多采食0.6 kg(P<0.01);产前7天,试验组母猪平均便秘降低了59.10%(P<0.01)。哺乳仔猪20日龄平均体重比对照组多0.57 kg(P<0.05),增加了12.64%。与对照组相比,试验组母猪分娩时血清中总胆固醇含量和碱性磷酸酶活性分别提高了6.39%和27.55%(P<0.05),分娩时血清尿素氮含量降低了19.18%(P<0.05)。试验组母猪血清中免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组母猪断奶时血清中总抗氧化能力提高了6.25%(P<0.05),分娩时血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性提高了24.26%(P<0.05)。结果提示:复合菌培养物能够显著降低母猪的窝均死胎数,提高母猪采食量和哺乳仔猪生长性能,显著降低母猪产前便秘情况,显著改善母猪机体免疫功能、增强母猪抗氧化能力。
This study aimed to research the effects of compound bacteria culture on the performance,immune function and antioxidant capacity of sows,which would provide a theoretical basis for the application of the preparations in pig production.In this study,40 Canadian sows with similar parity,body weight and labor period were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 4 replicates in each group and 5 sows in each replicate.Sows in the control group were fed a basal diet,while those in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 10% compound bacteria culture.The testing period lasted for 40 days.The litter situation,feed intake and constipation of sows were recorded,and the data of the birth weight and weaning weight at 20 days of piglets were collected.Within the 24 h of delivery and postpartum 20 days,the blood was collected from the marginal ear vein to determine the immune parameters and antioxidant indexes.The results showed that,compared with the control group,the number of stillbirths per litter in the experimental group reduced by 45.45%(P<0.01),the average daily intake of each sow in experimental group was 0.6 kg which was more than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the average constipation degree of sows decreased by 59.10%(P<0.01)in the experimental group in 7 days before delivery.The average body weight of suckling piglets at 20 days of age was 0.57 kg which was more than that in the control group(P<0.05),with a 12.64% increasing.Compared with the control group,the serum total cholesterol content and alkaline phosphatase activity of sows during delivery in the experimental group increased by 6.39% and 27.55%(P<0.05),respectively,and the serum urea nitrogen content of sows during delivery in the experimental group decreased by 19.18%(P<0.05).The serum contents of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin M of sows in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum total antioxidant capacity of sows at weanling in the experimental group increased by 6.25%(P<0.05),and the serum glutathione peroxidase activity of sows during delivery increased by 24.26%(P<0.05).In conclusion,the compound bacteria culture can significantly reduce the litter stillbirth number of sows and the prenatal constipation of sows,increase the feed intake of sows and the growth performance of suckling piglets,and significantly improve the immune function and enhance the antioxidant capacity of sows.
