摘要
目的观察米拉贝隆治疗输尿管远端结石的疗效。方法随机分为两组,研究组采用米拉贝隆+间苯三酚,对照组单用间苯三酚。比较年龄、性别、肾积水严重程度、结石情况。评价药物排石率(SER)、排石时间及每日肾绞痛发作频次及程度。结果研究组1例因加服中药排石制剂而排除,此外研究组1例、对照组1例未参加随访被排除在研究之外。米拉贝隆组排石率为71.6%,对照组48.1%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021),结石排出时间方面差异无统计学意义(P=0.876)。对照组每日发作肾绞痛的频次高于米拉贝隆组,VAS评分米拉贝隆组低于对照组。结论初步临床观察米拉贝隆是一种治疗输尿管远端结石有效、安全、不良反应低的药物。
Objective To show the efficacy of mirabegron for treatment of distal ureteral stone.Methods Mirabegron 50 mg/d + Phlorlglucinol 40 mg/d( Study Group, n = 30), and only Phlorlglucinol 40 mg/d(Control group, n = 30) were administered to patients, consecutively. Age, gender, stone size, laterality, and severity of hydronephrosis were recorded. Spontaneous stone expulsion rates, stone expulsion time, and the number and degree of daily colic episodes were evaluated.Results In the study group, one patient was excluded due to take traditional chinese medicine to remove stone. In addition, one patients in study group, and one patients in control group, who did not attend follow-up examinations, were excluded from the study. There was not any statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of age, stone size and severity of hydronephrosis. Spontaneous expulsion ratios were calculated as 71.6% in study group, and 48.1% in control group(P = 0.021). However, there was not any statistically significant difference in terms of stone expulsion time(P =0.876). In addition, control group patients had more pain episodes(P = 0.041). The mirabelon group was lower than the control group in VAS score(P =0.002).Conclusion In the current study, mirabegron has been shown to be an efficient, safe and a new treatment modality, with lower side effect profile for the distal ureteral stones.
