手术室优质护理对食管癌全麻留置尿管患者苏醒期躁动及耐受度的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨手术室优质护理对食管癌全麻留置尿管患者患者苏醒期躁动及耐受度的影响。方法选择2016年6月—2018年6月于本院行根治手术的94例食管癌患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各47例。对照组实施常规手术室护理干预,观察组实施手术室优质护理。监测两组生命指标,并对比两组患者苏醒期躁动程度及导尿管耐受情况。结果观察组苏醒期舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组苏醒期躁动发生率及发生程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组导尿管耐受度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论食管癌全麻留置尿管患者实施手术室优质护理可减少苏醒期躁动发生,提高导尿管耐受度。
