摘要
本文以一台110 kW永磁同步电机为研究对象,在有限元软件中计算了电机在额定工况下各部分的损耗,并求出对应的生热率.在有限元软件中计算了自然散热情况下电机的温升.在实验平台上进行电机的温升实验,将仿真与实验结果进行对比,证明有限元软件计算的准确性.在原电机模型基础上设置水冷结构,分析在有水冷情况下电机的散热情况.将自然散热和水冷散热进行对比,仿真结果表明水冷散热能够大幅降低电机稳定运行的温度,对今后研究降低大功率电机温升的方法提供经验和参考.
In this paper,a 110 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as the research object.The loss of each part of the motor under rated working conditions is calculated in the finite element software,and the corresponding heat generation rate is obtained.The temperature rise of the motor under natural-cooling was performed in the finite element software.The temperature rise test of the motor was carried out on the experimental platform.The two results were compared and prove the accuracy of finite element software.A water-cooled structure is provided on the basis of the original motor model.Analyze the heat dissipation of the motor in the case of water-cooling.Comparing the natural heat dissipation with the water-cooling,the simulation results show that the water-cooling can effectively reduce the temperature of the motor.The water-cooling method prevent the motor from demagnetizing and damage to the winding insulation due to excessive temperature.
