学赛创一体化教学模式的实践与反思——以物流创新实践课程为例 被引量:6

Practice and Reflection on the Integrated Teaching Model of Learning-Competition-innovation——Based on the Course of Logistics Innovation Practice

摘要 为了以赛促学、以赛促创,提高物流管理专业学生的创新能力,武汉轻工大学物流管理专业开设了以竞赛为导向的《物流创新实践》课程。从教学内容选择、教学组织安排、考核方式几个方面构建了"学赛创"一体化教学模式,并对学生进行了反馈意见的收集。从调查结果来看,学生对竞赛导向的"学赛创"一体化教学模式满意度较高,但还存在一些问题,针对这些问题进行了反思并提出改进意见,以期进一步完善"学赛创"一体化教学模式。 In order to promote learning and innovation ability of students majoring in logistics management by competition,Wuhan Polytechnic University has offered a course named "Logistics Innovation Practice"which is oriented competition. In the course an integrated teaching model of"Learning-Competition-innovation"is constructed from the aspects of teaching content,teaching organization and assessment methods,and feedback has collected from students. According to the survey results,the students are satisfied with the competition-oriented integrated teaching mode of"Learning-Competition-innovation",but there are still some problems. In order to further improve the teaching pattern,some reflections and suggestions are put forward to solve these problems.
