摘要
为探讨大强度负荷抗阻训练对雪橇运动员力量素质和出发环节竞技表现的影响,采用80%~100%1RM抗阻训练对国家队13名雪橇运动员(男7名,女6名)进行15周、每周3次的上肢和躯干力量训练;比较运动员训练前后的1RM卧拉、1RM卧推等5项专项力量素质评价指标和0~2m段出发时长、2~4m段出发时长2项技术指标。结果:训练前后雪橇运动员的上肢和躯干的最大力量素质及出发时长差异均具有显著性;训练后雪橇运动员1RM卧拉重量出现6.25%~38.46%的增幅,雪橇运动员1RM卧推重量出现8.11%~43.75%的增幅,雪橇运动员出发时长降幅为3.03%~13.16%。结论:雪橇运动员上肢和躯干的最大力量、爆发力与出发时长存在相关性,最大力量素质的提高是缩短出发动作时长的条件之一;大强度负荷抗阻训练可以显著提高雪橇运动员的最大力量和爆发力,80%~100%1RM强度负荷力量训练符合雪橇运动员发展上肢和躯干最大力量和爆发力素质训练的要求。
In order to explore the effect of high intensity load resistance training intervention on the upper limb and trunk strength quality and starting competitive performance of luge athletes,thirteen athletes(male 7,female 6)of the Chinese Luge Team were recruited in training on upper limb and trunk strength for 15 weeks and 3 times a week by 80%~100% 1RM resistance training load.The effects of the training intervention were compared by 5 special strength evaluation indexes between before and after the training procedure,such as 1RM prone row and 1RM bench press.By the same time,0~2 m phase start time and 2~4 m start time were also compared before and after the training procedure.Results:there were significant differences in the maximum strength quality of upper limbs and trunk in male and female luge athletes,and starting time differences were also been found.After the training procedure,the weight of 1RM prone row increased by 6.25%~38.46%and the weight of 1RM bench press increased by 8.11%~43.75%.At the same time,the start time decreased by 3.03%~13.16%.Conclusions:1)The maximum strength and explosive power of luge upper athletes’limbs and trunks is related with their start time,and the improvement of the maximum strength quality is one of the essential factors for shortening the start time.2)High-intensity load resistance training can significantly improve the maximum strength and explosive force of luge athletes.The 80%~100% 1RM load resistance training procedure meets the needs of developing the maximum strength and explosive force of luge athletes.
