摘要
目的探讨整体护理在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期持续腹腔热灌注化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2018年12月我院收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者55例,随机分为两组。对照组(27例)行常规护理,观察组(28例)行整体护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的总缓解率为53.57%,明显高于对照组的25.93%(P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为50.00%,明显低于对照组的77.78%(P <0.05)。观察组对护理工作的满意度96.43%,高于对照组的77.78%(P <0.05)。结论在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期持续腹腔热灌注化疗中应用整体护理,能提高其治疗效果和满意度,减少不良反应发生,促进其恢复健康。
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing in perioperative continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods 55 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group(27 cases) received routine nursing, and the observation group(28 cases) received holistic nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total remission rate of the observation group was 53.57%, significantly higher than 25.93% of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 50.00%, significantly lower than 77.78% in the control group(P <0.05). The satisfaction degree to nursing work of the observation group was 96.43%, higher than 77.78% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Holistic nursing in perioperative continuous hyperthermic peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal tumors can improve the treatment effect and satisfaction degree, reduce the adverse reactions, and promote the health recovery.
