摘要 作为国民经济的支柱,传统矿业生产系统的智能改造问题亟待研究.将传统矿业生产系统根据人-机-环-管分为4个子系统,列出并研究他们之间的8种作用关系.在此基础上将智能科学技术融入传统矿业生产系统,形成智能矿业生产系统.研究智能矿业生产系统中各子系统之间关系的变化及其适应性.结果表明,智能矿业生产系统的最大特点是将人与生产系统分离,进而可将采掘系统、运输系统、支护系统和通风系统简化.在保证人安全的前提下,提高系统生产能力、降低运行成本并提高经济效益. Intelligent science technology is promoting the transformation of traditional science technology gradually.As the support of national economy,the intelligent transformation of traditional mining production system needs to be studied urgently.In this paper,the traditional mining production system is divided into four subsystems by man,by machine,by environment and by management,and the eight functional relationships among them are listed and studied.On this basis,intelligent science and technology are integrated into the traditional mining production system to form an intelligent mining production system.The change and adaptability of relationships among subsystems in intelligent mining production system are studied.The research shows that the most important advantage of intelligent mining production system is to separate man from production system,and then simplify mining system,transportation system,support system and ventilation system.On the premise of guaranteeing the intrinsic safety of man,it can improve the production capacity of the system,reduce the operation cost and improve the economic efficiency.Therefore,intelligent mining production system is the inevitable development trend of mining production in the future.
