摘要
目的探讨膀胱肿瘤患者疾病不确定感与焦虑、抑郁负性情绪以及应对方式的相关性.方法采用中文版Mishel疾病不确定感成人量表(Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale for Adults,MUIS-A)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HAD)、医学应对问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)对114例膀胱肿瘤患者进行调查分析.结果83%的膀胱肿瘤患者存在中等水平的疾病不确定感;114例患者中,焦虑发生率为28.9%,抑郁发生率为21.1%;疾病不确定感总分、不明确性、复杂性、信息缺乏、不可预测性与焦虑和抑郁得分呈正相关(P<0.01),疾病不确定感总分、复杂性、信息缺乏与面对维度呈负相关(P<0.01),疾病不确定感总分、不明确性、信息缺乏、不可预测性与回避维度呈正相关(P<0.01),疾病不确定感总分、不明确性、复杂性、信息缺乏、不可预测性与屈服维度呈正相关(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义.结论护士应鼓励患者采用面对的积极应对方式,降低患者的疾病不确定感,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,促进患者康复.
Objective To explore the correlation of uncertainty in illness with anxiety,depression,and coping style in patients with bladder tumor.Methods Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale for Adults(MUIS-A),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HAD),and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)were used to investigate 114 patients with bladder tumor.Results 83.0% of the patients had moderate levels of uncertainty in illness.The incidence of anxiety was 28.9%,and that of depression 21.1%.The total scores of uncertainty in illness,uncertainty,complexity,lack of information,and unpredictability were positively correlated with the scores of anxiety and depression(P<0.01).The total scores of uncertainty in illness,complexity,and lack of information were negatively correlated with confronce(P<0.01).The total scores of uncertainty in illness,uncertainty,lack of information,and unpredictability were positively correlated with avoidance(P<0.01).The total scores of uncertainty in illness,uncertainty,complexity,lack of information,and unpredictability were positively correlated with resignation(P<0.01).Conclusion Nurses should encourage patients to adopt positive coping styles,reduce their uncertainty,anxiety,and depression,and promote their rehabilitation.
