摘要
目的观察治未病思想指导下针刺结合补肾活血法治疗肾虚血瘀型抗心磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产的临床效果。方法选取门诊及住院处就诊的患者,将符合纳入标准的60例患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组(n=30例)及对照组(n=30例),对照组服用中药汤剂治疗,治疗组在对照组的干预措施之上加以针刺疗法,疗程为3个月。分析干预前后两组外周血中抗心磷脂抗体(Anticardiolipin antibody,ACA)水平、转阴率、病患中医证候积分等相关指标变化,得到数据运用SPSS22.0软件进行分析处理。结果经3个月的干预后,治疗组较对照组ACA水平明显降低,转阴率显著增高(P<0.05);中医临床症状体征改善的总有效率、中医单项症状有效率、中医证候积分治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合补肾活血方治疗ACA阳性复发性流产效果肯定,预培其损,为下次孕育胚胎创造更为良好的母体内环境,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical observation of acupuncture combined with tonifying kidney and activating blood therapy on URSA under the guidance of preventive.Methods Selected at our hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients,60 cases according to the inclusion criteria of patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30 cases)and control group(n=30 cases),the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the treatment group in the control group of acupuncture therapy,treatment for 3 months.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of anticardiolipin antibody in peripheral blood(Anticardiolipin antibody,ACA)level,the negative rate,TCM syndrome score and other related indicators change.The data were analyzed and processed by SPSS22.0 software.Results After 3 months of treatment,ACA in the treatment group significantly decreased compared with control group.The negative rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).Total efficiency,clinical symptoms improved symptom rate,TCM syndrome score of treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with tonifying kidney and activating blood therapy is effective in the treatment of ACA positive recurrent miscarriage,which provides a better maternal environment for the second pregnancy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
