摘要
目的分析在小儿哮喘外寒内热证治疗中联合穴位敷贴与大青龙汤治疗的有效性。方法此次研究所选小儿哮喘外寒内热证患儿一共50例,患儿皆在2017年12月至2018年12月入我院治疗,患儿被平均分成对照组与观察组,对照组采取大青龙汤治疗,观察组则联合穴位敷贴与大青龙汤治疗,对比两组患儿治疗有效性。结果对照组患儿治疗总有效率为84.00%,观察组为100.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状评分均有所降低,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘外寒内热证治疗中联合穴位敷贴与大青龙汤治疗能够改善患者临床指标,值得应用。
Objective to analyze effectiveness of acupoint application combined with major green dragon decoction in treatment of infantile asthma with external cold and internal heat syndrome.Methods choose 50 cases asthma children with external cold and internal heat syndrome admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.Divide them into control group and observation group in average.Control group was treated with major green dragon decoction,while observation group with major green dragon decoction combined with acupoint application.Results total effective rate was 84.00%in control group and 100.00%in observation group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of two groups were reduced,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ddifference of ospitalization time,pulmonary wheeze disappearance time,cough disappearance time and dyspnea disappearance time showed statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion acupoint application combined with major green dragon decoction can improve clinical indicators of asthma children with external cold and internal heat syndrome,which is worthy of application.
