摘要
电力系统的中长期规划和经济运行优化需要考虑能够反映清洁能源历史数据特征的典型场景,提出了一种基于改进FCM聚类算法的清洁能源典型场景构建方法,并将其应用于含清洁能源的电力系统运行成本优化中。以浙江省某地区电网为例,在电力系统运行成本优化领域对比基于改进FCM聚类算法与基于全年时序法、典型日法的场景构建方法的性能优劣。研究结果表明,提出的改进聚类算法的清洁能源典型场景构建方法兼具计算精度与效率,具有实际应用价值。
The medium/long-term planning and economic operation optimization of the power system take into consideration of the typical scenarios of renewable energy that can reflect the characteristics of historical data.Therefore,this paper proposes a construction method of typical scenarios for renewable energy based on an improved FCM clustering algorithm and an optimization model of power system’s operating cost.Taking a regional power grid in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province as an example,the performance of the improved FCM clustering algorithm,time sequence simulation method is compared with the typical day scenario construction method in the field of operating cost optimization of power systems.The research results show that the proposed method has both high computational accuracy and efficiency,thus it has practical application value.
