摘要
以农用车辆CVT带传动系统为研究对象,分析CVT带传动系统结构,建立CVT带传动传动效率、功率损失理论计算及优化模型;得到CVT带传动结构主要相关参数与传动效率、功率损失之间的关系,计算得到结构优化设计前、后CVT带传动传动效率及最优参数解,根据最优参数相对应的CVT带传动系统进行试验验证。仿真及试验结果表明:结构参数对农用车辆CVT带传动效率及功率损失影响较大;结构优化设计前、后CVT带传动传动效率分别为81.78%和84%,通过优化农用车辆CVT带相关结构参数可以提高传动效率2.7%;农用车辆CVT金属带传动系统最优结构参数为金属带为4层,金属片圆弧数量为40个,金属片上、下端曲率半径均为r=5 000 mm,最优参数下农用车辆CVT传动效率、功率损失率试验与理论计算值相对误差分别为2.07%、9.78%,相对误差较小,验证仿真分析的正确性;该研究为农用车辆传动系统优化及CVT系统传动效率提高提供理论依据及参考。
The CVT belt transmission system of agricultural vehicle has been regarded as the research object, the structure of the CVT belt transmission system has been analyzed, and the theoretical calculation and optimization model of the transmission efficiency, power loss have been established;the relationship between the main structure relevant parameters to transmission efficiency and power loss of the CVT belt transmission have been obtained, the transmission efficiency of before and after the structural optimization design for CVT belt transmission system have been calculated, and the experiment has been validated by the optimal parameters for CVT belt drive system. The simulation and experimental results show that the structural parameters have a great influence on the transmission efficiency and power loss of agricultural vehicle CVT belt;the transmission efficiency before and after structural optimization design of CVT belt drive are 81.78% and 84% respectively;the optimization of the CVT belt related structural parameters can improve the transmission efficiency by 2.7%;the optimal structural parameters of the agricultural vehicle CVT metal belt transmission system are metal belt. 4 layers, the number of metal arcs is 40, the radius of curvature of the upper and lower ends of the metal sheet are r=5 000 mm. The relative error between the experimental and theoretical calculation values for transmission efficiency and power loss rate of the agricultural vehicle CVT metal belt transmission system under optimal parameters are respectively 2.07% and 9.78%, the relative error is small, and the correctness of the simulation analysis is verified;the research provides a reference for the agricultural vehicle transmission system optimization and CVT system transmission efficiency improving.
