摘要
我国输变电项目的公众参与在长期的电网建设实践中起到了一定的作用,但由于各方面原因,仍有一定的不足之处,主要在于公众参与时间和空间上的不足.针对存在的问题,应对输变电项目开展全过程的公众参与,一方面增加施工过程中的公众参与,另一方面扩大公众参与范围,在时间和空间上加以完善,可以促进公众参与更好地发挥作用.
Public participation in power transmission and distribution project has played an important role in long term grid construction in China.However,due to various reasons,public participation still have some space for improvement.The major problem is lack of space and time.Aiming to the existing problem directly,and to develop full public participation for power transmission and distribution.On one hand,increase public participation during construction process,on the other hand,enlarge public participation scope.Particularly,improving time and space concerns.This action will promotes public participation and increase importance of public participation.
