摘要
文章介绍了现有IT规划参考模型,并从生命周期、业务架构、应用架构、数据架构、技术架构、建模工具、建模语言七方面系统比较了主流IT规划参考模型:GERAM适合作为IT规划参考模型比较基准,ARIS适合旨在再造业务流程、成本投入不多的组织,TOGAF适合旨在实现信息共享的多数企业,特别是成本投入较多的大型组织,DoDAF适合旨在实现多源数据采集、系统集成且成本投入较多的大型组织,FEA适合旨在实现业务协同、资源共享的政府组织。
In this article,the authors introduce the existing reference model of IT planning,and carry on the systematic comparison on mainstream reference model of IT planning from seven aspects of lifecycle,business architecture,application architecture,data architecture,technology architecture,modeling tools and modeling language.GERAM is suitable as benchmark for IT planning reference model,ARIS is suitable for organizations aiming at business process reengineering and cost reduction,TOGAF is suitable for the majority of enterprises to realize the sharing of information,especially the large organization cost more,DoDAF is suitable for large organizations to achieve multi-source data collection,system integration and cost more,FEA in order to realize business cooperation and resource sharing of government organization.
