摘要
生态环境是经济持续发展的基础,而经济发展同样会作用于生态环境,要正确把握生态环境保护和经济发展的关系,他们不是矛盾对立的关系,而是辩证统一的关系。政府作为管理者,自然要发挥均衡协调的作用。论文从生态环境保护与经济发展两者之间的关系出发,探析政府管理对生态环境保护与经济发展的均衡作用,并提出发挥政府管理均衡作用的策略。
Ecological environment is the basis of sustainable economic development,and economic development will also act on ecological environment.We should correctly grasp the relationship between ecological environmental protection and economic development.They are not contradictory and antagonistic,but dialectical and unified.As a manager,the government should naturally play a balanced and coordinated role.Starting from the relationship between ecological environmental protection and economic development,this paper analyzes the balanced role of government management in ecological environmental protection and economic development,and puts forward some strategies to give full play to the balanced role of government management.
