摘要
分析了城轨列车再生制动能量回馈系统的工作原理,给出了一种基于模块化设计思路的能馈变流器结构设计方案。通过建立变流器柜的三维仿真模型,对柜内散热系统进行了热场分析。然后通过变流器温升试验验证了柜内散热系统的可用性和可靠性,结果表明再生制动能馈变流器满足产品设计要求,解决了变流器柜散热效果不好的难题,在体积和重量上也有很大的优势。
The working principles of the metro-train regenerative braking energy(MRBE)feedback system is analyzed,and a structural scheme design of MRBE feedback converter based on modular design idea is presented.A 3D simulation model of converter cabinet is established,and thermal simulation of internal cooling system is analyzed.Then the availability and reliability of internal cooling system are verified by converter temperature rise experiment,the results show that the MRBE feedback converter meets the product design demand,solving problem of bad cooling effects in converter with significant advantages in volume and weight.
