摘要
手术室是开展手术和抢救危急重症患者的重要部门,科学、高效、成功的手术室管理对促进医院发展和提升竞争力意义重大。本文运用文献研究法,从理论诠释和实践应用两个方面对国内外手术室精益管理的研究进行综述,主要从手术室效率提升、质量管理与护理质量改善3个方面阐述精益管理研究现状,对今后发展进行展望并提出建议。
The operation room is a unit in a hospital specially equipped forsurgical operations.The scientific,high-efficiency and successful management system plays a significant role in improving development and promoting competitiveness of the hospital.This paper reviewed the current situation of lean management research at home and abroad from the perspectives of both theoretical and practical application through literature research.It demonstrated the current situation,expectation and suggestions of lean management at home and abroad from the improvement of operating room efficiency,quality management and nursing quality.
