考虑川藏铁路控制性工程的甲供物资基地选址决策方法 被引量:9

A Decision-making Method for Site Selection of Base of Client-supplied Goods and Materials Considering Controlling Project of Sichuan-Tibet Railway

摘要 剖析国内外关于选址问题的研究理论与方法,通过考虑决策者的决策心理行为,改进前景理论中的价值函数和概率权重函数,利用直觉模糊交叉熵定义新的记分函数,基于G1赋权法和熵值法构建组合赋权模型,提出基于改进前景理论的直觉模糊多属性决策方法。针对川藏铁路雅安至林芝段的"两桥两隧"控制性工程建设特征和沿线重点工程布局情况,拟设定11个甲供物资基地作为备选址方案,考虑决策者的不同决策偏好,运用本文提出的改进决策方法,得到不同决策偏好下的最优选址方案排序。结果表明:如果决策者是冒险型的,则最佳选址方案为康定和波密;如果决策者是中间型的,则最佳选址方案为林芝和康定;如果决策者是保守型的,则最佳选址方案为林芝和泸定。 This paper analysed the research theories and methods of location problem at home and abroad. By considering the value function and probability weight function in the prospect theory of improving decision-making psychology and behavior of decision-makers, a new scoring function was defined by intuitionistic fuzzy cross-entropy. A combined weighting model was constructed based on G1 weighting method and entropy value method, and an Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making Method based on the improved prospect theory was proposed. In view of the characteristics of the construction of the "two bridges and two tunnels" key projects of the Ya’an-Linzhi section of Sichuan-Tibet Railway and the layout of key projects along the line, 11 client supply material bases were proposed as alternative locations. Considering the different decision preferences of decision makers, the optimal locations under different decision preferences were obtained by using the improved decision-making method proposed in this paper. The results show that if the decision-maker is risk-taking, the best location scheme is Kangding and Bomi. If the decision-maker is intermediate between risk-taking and conservative types, the best location scheme is Linzhi and Kangding. If the decision-maker is conservative, the best location scheme is Linzhi and Luding.
