摘要
为探索新鲜玉米秸秆在南方冬种马铃薯覆盖栽培中的应用价值,于2017年在广西壮族自治区百色市郊开展田间随机区组试验,对比黑膜覆盖下不同方式、厚度的玉米秸秆覆盖对马铃薯产量、品质以及经济效益的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆覆盖不同程度促进了结薯和产量形成,但青薯率不及常规覆土栽培,商品薯的产量和收益以及鲜薯干物质、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白和淀粉的含量均与常规覆土栽培差异不显著;其中,6 cm厚粉碎秸秆覆盖处理的单株结薯量、总结薯量和3 cm厚粉碎秸秆覆盖处理的产量、干物质总积累量均显著高于无覆盖和常规覆土,而6 cm厚粉碎秸秆覆盖的商品薯产量和淀粉产量最高。可见,玉米秸秆可用于冬种马铃薯覆盖栽培,以3~6 cm厚粉碎秸秆覆盖为宜。
In order to explore the application value of fresh corn straw in mulching cultivation of winter potato in the south,a field randomized block test was carried out in the suburb of Baise City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2017,the effects of corn straw mulching with different methods and thickness under black plastic film on potato yield,quality and economic benefits were studied.The results showed that corn straw mulching promoted the tuberization and yield formation,but made higher rate of green potato than that of conventional soil cultivation.The yield and economic benefit of commercial potato,and the contents of dry matter,soluble solids,soluble protein and starch were not significantly different from that of conventional soil-covering cultivation.The potatoes per plant and total amount in 6 cm thick smashed straw mulching and the potato yield and total dry matter accumulation in 3 cm thick smashed straw mulching were significantly higher than the uncovered and conventional soil-covering cultivation,while the yields of commercial potato and starch were the highest in 6 cm thick smashed straw mulching.It is visible that the corn straw can be applied to mulching cultivation of winter potato,with 3-6 cm thick smashed straw mulching advisable.
