扑草净胁迫对四角蛤蜊滤水率和摄食率的影响

摘要 采用半静态实验法,开展不同浓度扑草净对四角蛤蜊胁迫试验;采用静态法研究扑草净对四角蛤蜊滤水率、摄食率的影响。在水温(15±1)℃条件下,胁迫实验阶段,在扑草净质量浓度分别为0.2、1.0、10.0 μg/L的养殖海水中,四角蛤蜊滤水率和摄食率随着胁迫时间的延长而有不同程度降低,且浓度越高抑制越明显;恢复实验阶段,各组滤水率、摄食率均有所恢复,但均未恢复至对照组水平,说明扑草净胁迫对四角蛤蜊滤水率、摄食率有抑制作用。 The stress experiment of prometryn on Mactra veneriformis was studied by the semistatic method and the filtration rate and ingestion rate of Mactra veneriformis were measured by using the static method.Mactra veneriformis were exposed to seawaters containing0.2,1.0 and 10.0μg/L prometryn at(15±1)℃,respectively.The filtration rate and ingestion rate were decreased with the time prolonged and the increase in the concentration of prometryn.The filtration rate and ingestion rate were recovered during restoring experiment but they all did not return to the level of control group.The above results indicate that prometryn has an inhibitory effect on filtration rate and ingestion rate oiMactra veneriformis.
