摘要
目的 分析手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床效果,以期为进一步提高严重多发性骨关节创伤的临床疗效提供参考。方法 回顾性分析2015年12月-2017年12月期间在该院接受手术治疗的72例严重多发性骨关节创伤患者作为该次观察样本,根据不同的手术治疗方法将其均分为保守治疗组(n=36)和手术治疗组(n=36),给予保守治疗组保守治疗方法,给予手术治疗组手术治疗,对两种治疗方案下患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分、疼痛评分、首次下床时间、住院时间及住院花费情况进行对比观察。结果 治疗后的保守治疗组的生活质量评分(69.48±3.01)分低于手术治疗组(85.69±3.87)分(t=7.05,P<0.05),疼痛评分(3.60±1.22)分高于手术治疗组(2.06±1.04)分(t=2.44,P<0.05),手术治疗组的首次下床时间、住院时间明显短于保守治疗组,住院花费时间明显少于保守治疗组,保守治疗组的总有效率为69.44%,手术治疗组的总有效率为100.00%,前者明显低于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.98,P<0.05)。结论 手术治疗严重多发性骨关节创伤具有显著临床治疗效果,能够提升患者的生活质量,减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间,促进患者快速康复,减少家庭经济负担压力,为临床研究提供参考数据,具有临床意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of severe multiple bone and joint trauma,in order to provide reference for further improving the clinical efficacy of severe multiple bone and joint trauma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 patients with severe multiple bone and joint trauma who underwent surgery in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 was used as the observation sample.They were divided into conservative treatment group(n=36)and surgical treatment group(n=36)according to different surgical treatment methods,conservative treatment group was given conservative treatment,surgical treatment was given to the surgical treatment group,the clinical efficacy,quality of life score,pain score,first time under the two treatment options bed time,hospital stay and hospitalization expenses were compared.Results The quality of life score(69.48±3.01)points in the conservative treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the surgical group(85.69±3.87)points(t=7.05,P<0.05),and the pain score(3.60±1.22)points was higher than that in the surgical group(2.06±1.04)points(t=2.44,P<0.05),the first time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the surgical treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the conservative treatment group.The hospitalization time was significantly less than that in the conservative treatment group.The total effective rate of the conservative treatment group was 69.44%,the total effective rate of the surgical treatment group was 100.00%,the former was significantly lower than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.98,P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical treatment of severe multiple bone and joint trauma has significant clinical treatment effect,which can improve patients'quality of life,reduce pain,shorten hospitalization time,promote rapid rehabilitation of patients,reduce the burden of family financial burden,and provide reference data for clinical research.
