试论“中国能力”课程在德国应用科学大学的推行

On the Implementation of China-competence Programs at German Universities of Applied Sciences

摘要 传统意义上来看,德国应用科学大学的任务是为地区和跨区域经济界提供高素质、实践型和应用型的专业人才。鉴于中德两国在经济上的相互依存性日渐增强,德国企业对具有“中国能力”的毕业生需求也在与日俱增。应用科学大学应采取行动来应对这一需求,开发具有创新性、计学分、能使学生获取广泛“中国能力”的课程。尽管大学在课程设计方面享有很大程度的自由空间,但在此应以三个原则为指导:首先,培养学生“中国能力”的相关课程应确立在教学计划中(学分课程);其次,沿袭应用科学大学的成功模式,课程应注重实践性和应用性;最后,课程原则上都应当是补充性质的课程。促进学生获取“中国能力”的课程应当成为学生在专业领域——例如在工商管理或工程领域——以外的有益补充,不应取代核心课程,旨在使不同专业领域的人才能够额外获取“中国能力”,从而为他们适应中德的工作环境做好准备。 Traditionally,German universities of applied sciences have the task of providing the regional and supraregional economy with highly qualified talents who are trained in practice and application.With regards to the rapidly increasing economic interdependence between Germany and China,German companies have an increasing demand for graduates with China-competence.These universities are well advised to respond to this need and to develop innovative,curriculum-based offers to acquire a deeper knowledge of China.Despite the considerable flexibility that universities enjoy when designing their curricula,universities of applied sciences should be guided by three premises:the courses should be curriculum-based.They should—following the success principle of German universities of applied sciences—concentrate on practice and application-orientation.After all,they should be basically accessory.Core education in a particular discipline,for example in the field of business administration or engineering,should be meaningfully supplemented by offers to promote China-competence,but not be replaced.Accordingly,China-competence primarily has a serving,complementary function.Universities of applied sciences will therefore educate no classical sinologists,but specialists with domain reference,who will be prepared for German-Chinese working contexts due to their additionally acquired China-competence.
