摘要
目的分析不同程度的院前急救对脑卒中患者状况造成的影响及相关护理工作体会。方法选取成都市武侯区人民医院急诊科收治的106例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组53例(按常规护理方法进行院前急救)和试验组53例(按优化的护理方法进行院前急救),比较各项指标。结果试验组患者反应能力评分、医护配合程度及发病至抢救的消耗时间短于对照组(P<0.05),护理工作的满意度与抢救成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对脑卒中患者展开较为优质的院前急救能够有效改善患者脑卒中后的症状,使患者生存率具有较为明显的上升。
Objective To analyze the influence of different degrees of pre-hospital first aid on the status of stroke patients and the related nursing experience.Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebral apoplexy in emergency department of our hospital were randomly divided into control group(53 cases,treated with routine nursing method)and test group(53 cases,treated with optimized nursing method).The indicators of first aid effect and satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between groups.Results Compared with the control group,the patients in the trial group had shorter reaction ability score,nursing coordination degree and time from onset to rescue(P<0.05),and the satisfaction grade of nursing work and the success rate of rescue were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality pre-hospital first aid for stroke patients can effectively improve the symptoms of stroke patients,so that the survival rate of patients with a relatively significant increase.
