摘要
目的分析腺苷药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像诊断冠心病的护理体会。方法选取云南省阜外心血管病医院2018年10月至2019年1月进行腺苷药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像诊断的患者,一共100例,对患者进行精细化护理干预,观察患者诊断中的不良反应情况。结果经过精细化护理干预,全部患者顺利完成检查,部分患者在检查过程中存在轻度不良反应,经过休息后,均自愈,无严重不良反应事件。结论腺苷药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像诊断冠心病的护理有利于减少腺苷注射液的不良反应,从而提高腺苷药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像诊断患者的舒适度,确保腺苷药物负荷核素心肌灌注显像诊断过程能够顺利完成。
Objective To analyze the nursing experience of adenosine drug loading nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with adenosine drug loading nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging diagnosis in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2019 were selected,and meticulous nursing intervention was performed to observe the adverse reactions in the diagnosis.Results After intensive nursing intervention,all patients successfully completed the examination,some patients had mild adverse reactions in the examination process,after rest,all self-healing,no serious adverse events.Conclusion Nursing care of adenosine loaded nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is conducive to reducing the adverse reactions of adenosine injection,thus improving the comfort of patients with adenosine loaded nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging diagnosis,and ensuring the smooth completion of the process of adenosine loaded nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging diagnosis.
