摘要
目的探讨慢性盆腔炎患者采用金英胶囊联合莫西沙星的临床效果。方法选取西安市雁塔区中医医院2015年3月至2019年3月收治的80例慢性盆腔炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。两组均口服盐酸莫西沙星片治疗(0.4 g/次,1次/d),观察组加服金英胶囊(2 g/次,3次/d)治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效,下腹腰骶疼痛、发热、白带增多、盆腔肿块消失改善时间,血清炎症指标水平[白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)]。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项临床症状改善时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后IL-1β、TNF-α、MCP-1及IL-10水平均低于对照组,IL-4水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者采用金英胶囊联合莫西沙星治疗能取得良好临床疗效,显著改善患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jinying Capsule combined with moxifloxacin in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Eighty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Yanta District,Xi'an from March 2015 to March 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups received oral moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets(0.4 g/time,once daily),and the observation group additionally received oral Jinying Capsule(2 g/time,thrice daily).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,improvement time of clinical symptoms(including lower abdominal lumbosacral pain,fever,increased vaginal discharge,and pelvic mass disappeared),serum levels of inflammation indicators[including interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1),interleukin-4(IL-4)and interleukin-10(IL-10)]and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,higher than that of the control group(85.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,MCP-1 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-4 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Jinying Capsule combined with moxifloxacin in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve a good clinical effect and obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
