摘要
目的探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特治疗成人哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取咸宁市结核病防治院2018年5月至2019年1月收治的120例成人哮喘患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组接受沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特口服治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者最大呼气流量(PEF)及1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)肺功能指标水平;比较两组呼吸苦难、双肺啰音、气喘及咳嗽的消失时间。结果观察组患者PEF和FEV1水平均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者呼吸苦难、双肺啰音、气喘及咳嗽的消失时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合孟鲁司特治疗成人哮喘,可以有效改善患者肺功能,提高治疗效果,缩短患者病症消失时间,改善预后,促进康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of salmeterol/fluticasone powder inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of adult asthma.Methods Totally 120 adult patients with asthma admitted to the Xianning City Tuberculosis Control Institute from May 2018 to January 2019 were randomized into 2 groups,60 cases per group.The control group received salmeterol/fluticasone powder inhalation.The observation group was treated with oral montelukast on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 3 months.The levels of PEF and FEV1 in the two groups were monitored and compared.The time of disappearance of respiratory distress,sound of both lungs,asthma,and cough were observed and compared.Results The PEF and FEV1 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of respiratory distress,sound of both lungs,asthma and cough were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol/fluticasone powder inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of adult asthma can effectively improve the lung function of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time of disappearance of symptoms,improve the prognosis and promote rehabilitation.
