摘要
目的研究脑卒中后癫痫应用丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗的效果价值。方法研究对象为2014年6月至2018年8月无锡市精神卫生中心收治的22例脑卒中后癫痫患者,并采用“电脑随机法”将22例脑卒中后癫痫患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组实施丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗;对照组实施丙戊酸钠治疗,分析两组治疗效果、认知功能和不良反应。结果观察组脑卒中后癫痫患者治疗总有效率高于对照组、治疗后认知功能评分高于对照组、不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后癫痫应用丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗效果显著,值得研究。
Objective To study the value of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in post-stroke epilepsy.Methods Patients with post-stroke epilepsy were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 22 patients with post-stroke epilepsy were grouped by computer-based randomization method,including two groups.The observation group and the implementation of sodium valproate combined Treatment with levetiracetam.control group,sodium valproate treatment,analysis of treatment effects,cognitive function and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of post-stroke epilepsy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The cognitive function score was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam in post-stroke epilepsy is significant and worthy of study.
