摘要
目的分析多囊卵巢综合征痰湿阻滞证患者行化痰调经方联合达英-35治疗的效果。方法选取2015年9月至2018年9月镇原县第二人民医院接收的PCOS患者50例进行研究,按治疗方法平均分为研究组和对照组,各25例。对比两组治疗后的月经稀发发生率、月经不规律发生率、痤疮发生率以及总有效率。结果治疗后研究组月经稀发、月经不规律、以及痤疮发生率(8%、12%、12%)低于对照组(36%、40%、36%),(P<0.05);研究组总有效率92%高于对照组64%,(P<0.05)。结论化痰调经方联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征痰湿阻滞证的临床价值显著,其机理可能和调节血清有显著关联。
Objective To analyze the effect of Huatan Tiaojing Decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with phlegm-dampness block syndrome.Methods Fifty PCOS patients received in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were selected for the study.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group with 25 cases each.The incidence of menstrual rarity,irregular menstruation,acne and total effective rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the incidence of menstrual sparseness,irregular menstruation and acne in the study group(8%,12%,12%)was lower than that in the control group(36%,40%,36%)(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the study group was 92%higher than that in the control group(64%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of Huatan Tiaojing Decoction combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of phlegm-dampness block syndrome of polycystic ovary syndrome is significant,and its mechanism may be significantly related to the regulation of serum.
