摘要
目的比较微创手术与传统手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2017年9月监利县第二人民医院收治的乳腺良性肿瘤患者74例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各37例。观察组予以微创手术治疗,对照组予以传统手术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、瘢痕大小、术后48 h疼痛评分、切口愈合时间、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的肩关节Neer评分、外展角度、Kamofsky评分高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效良好,可缩短手术时间,减轻手术创伤,减轻患者术后疼痛程度,改善术后生活质量。
Objective To compare the curative effect between minimally invasive operation and traditional operation in the treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods From January 2014 to September 2017,74 patients with benign breast tumor in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases each.The observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery,while the control group was treated with traditional surgery.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,incision length,scar size,pain score 48 h after operation,incision healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Neer score,abduction angle and Kamofsky score of shoulder joint in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery for benign breast tumors has a good curative effect.It can shorten the operation time,reduce the surgical trauma,relieve the pain after operation,and improve the quality of life after operation.
