摘要
目的比较传统检测方法和分子生物检测法中GeneXpert MTB/RIF检测结核分枝杆菌的实用性和效果。方法实验室对疑似肺结核患者的痰标本进行涂片镜检和罗氏固体培养基培养,并进行Xpert检测。对比两种检测方法的阳性率、灵敏度等指标。结果Xpert检测阳性率高于培养法,灵敏度高于涂片镜检。结论罗氏培养法特异度好但费时长,涂片镜检准确但易漏检,分子生物方法简便快捷,灵敏度高且能检测耐药性,利于疾病的早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To compare the practicability and efficacy of GeneXpert MTB/RIF in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis between traditional and molecular biological methods.Methods Sputum samples from suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patients were examined by smear microscopy,Roche solid medium culture and Xpert examination.The positive rate and sensitivity of the two methods were compared.Results The positive rate of Xpert was higher than that of culture method,and the sensitivity was higher than that of smear microscopy.Conclusion Roche culture method has good specificity,long time-consuming,accurate smear microscopy but easy to be missed.The method of molecular biology is simple,fast,sensitive and can detect drug resistance,which is beneficial to early diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
