摘要
目的对比分析内镜下黏膜切除术、氩离子凝固术、高频电切术应用于治疗结肠息肉的临床疗效。方法选取赤水市人民医院2016年3月至2018年7月收治的90例结肠息肉患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组、C组,各30例。A组经高频电切术治疗,B组行氩离子凝固术治疗,C组实施内镜下黏膜切除术治疗。记录3组治疗效果,对3组患者的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果C组结肠息肉患者治疗成功率最高(96.67%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组治疗成功率(分别为66.67%、70.00%),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论内镜下黏膜切除术治疗结肠息肉效果优于氩离子凝固术和高频电切术。
Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic mucosal resection,argon ion coagulation and high frequency electroresection in the treatment of colonic polyps.Methods From March 2016 to July 2018,90 patients with colonic polyps were divided into group A,B,and C.Group A was treated with high frequency electroresection,group B was treated with argon ion coagulation,and group C was treated with endoscopic submucosal resection.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were recorded,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared and analyzed.Results The treatment success rate of patients with colon polyps in group C was the highest(96.67%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment success rate of group A and group B(66.67%and 70.00%,respectively)was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection is superior to argon-ion coagulation and high-frequency electroresection in the treatment of colonic polyps.
