摘要
目的探讨四维调曲整脊法联合银质针治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症(degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis,DLSS)临床疗效。方法选取贵州省黔东南州中医院收治的120例DLSS患者按随机数字表法分4组,基础治疗组(A组)、调曲整脊法组(B组)、银质针组(C组)、四维调曲整脊法联合银质针组(D组),各30例。A组采用基础治疗,B组采用调曲整脊法,C组采用银质针法,D组采用调曲整脊法+银质针治疗。对比各组治疗有效率、ODI及VAS评分。结果以腰部JOA评分评定临床效果,A组总有效率为63.33%,B组总有效率为73.33%,C组总有效率为76.67%,D组总有效率为90%。D组总有效率高于其他组(P<0.05),B组、C组两组高于A组(P<0.05),但组间比较无差异(P>0.05)。每组疗后ODI、VAS评分均有改善,但D组改善最明显(P<0.05)。结论四维调曲整脊法联合银质针治疗DLSS疗效确切,痛苦小,并发症少。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of four-dimensional adjustment and chiropractic combined with silver needle in the treatment of DLSS.Methods A total of 120 patients with DLSS in our hospital were divided into 4 groups according to random number table method,basic treatment group(group A),group B(group B),silver needle group(group C),four-dimensional adjustment and chiropractic combined with silver needle group(D group),30 cases each.Group A was treated with basic therapy,group B was treated with the method of adjustment and chiropractic,group C was treated with silver needle,group D was treated with the method of adjustment and chiropractic and silver needle.The effective rate,ODI and VAS scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 63.33%,group B was 73.33%,group C was 76.67%,and group D was 90%;group D was higher than that of other groups(P<0.05).group B and group C were higher than group A(P<0.05),but there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).ODI and VAS scores were improved in all groups,but the improvement in group D was the most significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional adjustment and chiropractic combined with silver needle treatment of DLSS is effective,with little pain and few complications.
