摘要
目的研究在行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者中应用不同切口位置的临床效果。方法选取2016年12月至2018年12月黄河三门峡医院收治的3000例行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者作为研究对象,将在术眼上方10:00~11:00方位行一透明角膜切口患者作为参照组(n=1500),将以角膜最大屈光度子午线轴向方位行一透明角膜切口患者作为实验组(n=1500)。对比两组患者术后1周、1个月及3个月裸眼视力分布情况、角膜散光度、手术源性散光度及不良反应发生率。结果实验组患者术后1周、1个月及3个月裸眼视力分布情况、角膜散光度及手术源性散光度均明显优于参照组,不良反应发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论将以角膜最大屈光度子午线轴向方位行一透明角膜切口应用于行白内障超声乳化吸出术患者中具有显著临床治疗效果。
Objective To study the clinical effects of different incision locations in patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 3000 cataract patients with phacoemulsification admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled.Patients in the control group were performed with a transparent corneal incision at the position from 10:00 to 11:00 above the operative eye(n=1500),while those in the experimental group were performed with a transparent corneal incision at the Meridian axial position of the maximum corneal diopter(n=1500).The distribution of uncorrected visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,surgeryinduced astigmatism,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.Results The distribution of uncorrected visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,and surgery-induced astigmatism in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a transparent corneal incision at the Meridian axial position of the maximum corneal diopter has a significant clinical effect in patients with cataract undergoing phacoemulsification.
