摘要
新时代乡村振兴战略是以习近平为核心的党中央从中国社会主要矛盾变化的事实出发,顺应亿万农民新企盼做出的重大战略抉择。习近平乡村振兴发展立意高远、内容丰富、思想深刻,成为新时代推进乡村振兴战略的行动指南和根本遵循。习近平乡村振兴发展是马克思主义政治经济学城乡关系理论与中国传统优秀农耕文化的完美结合,是对新中国70年城乡发展实践的理论思考,凸显了习近平深入乡村、扎根农民的"三农"情怀。习近平乡村振兴发展理论内涵丰富,包括乡村振兴之基、乡村振兴之本、乡村振兴之魂、乡村振兴之擎、乡村振兴之核等五个方面的内容,蕴含着重要的理论贡献、实践和政策价值。新时代破解城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分的矛盾,必须以乡村振兴为总抓手,积极践行习近平乡村振兴发展的系列论述。
The strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era is an important strategic choice made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which takes Xi Jinping as its core,proceeding from the main social contradictions and conforming to the new expectations of hundreds of millions of farmers.Xi Jinping’s important expositions on Rural Revitalization are far-sighted,rich in content and profound in thought,which has become the guideline and fundamental follow of promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization in the new era.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on Rural Revitalization is the perfect combination of the theory of urbanrural relationship of Marxist political economy and the excellent traditional Chinese farming culture.It is a theoretical reflection on the 70-year urban-rural development practice of New China,and highlights Xi’s"Three Rural"feelings of penetrating into the countryside and taking root in farmers.Xi Jinping’s theory of Rural Revitalization and development has rich connotations,including industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,cultural revitalization,ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization.It has important theoretical contribution,practice and policy value.In order to solve the contradiction between unbalanced urban-rural development and inadequate rural development in the new era,we must take rural revitalization as the main focus and actively practice Xi Jinping’s important exposition on rural revitalization.
