共混改性对PP基发泡木塑复合材料性能的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Blending Modification on the Properties of PP Foamed Wood-Plastic Composites

摘要 通过引入腔穴传递式动态混合器和熔体泵来对单螺杆挤出机进行一定程度的改造,使其适用于聚丙烯(PP)/木粉复合材料的挤出发泡工艺。此外,还考察了聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)对原料结晶性能和流变性能以及试样泡孔结构和冲击强度的影响。结果表明,虽然HDPE的添加可以拓宽复合材料的熔程,但是只有与POE共混才能有效改善物料的熔体强度,从而显著降低试样的泡孔尺寸并提高其分布密度。此外,与POE共混可以将试样的抗冲击强度提高84%,而与HDPE共混则有助于使材料保持较高的刚性,避免试样弯曲强度的大幅下降。但是与POE和HDPE共混会破坏晶体结构的规整性,使得试样的维卡软化温度降低12.8%。 The polypropylene(PP)/wood flour(WF)composites were prepared by a single-screw extruder which was modified by cavity transfer dynamic mixer and melt pump.In addition,the effects of polyolefin elastomer(POE)and high-density polyethylene(HDPE)on the crystallization property of raw material,rheological property,sample bubble structure and impact strength were investigated.The experimental results show that although the addition of HDPE could widen the melting range of composites,only blending with POE can effectively improve the melt strength of composites.Thus the addition of POE can significantly reduce the cell size and increase the distribution density.In addition,blending with POE can increase the impact strength of the specimen by 84%,while blending with HDPE helps to maintain a high rigidity of the material and avoid a significant drop in the bending strength of the specimen.However,blending with POE and HDPE could destroy the regularity of the crystal structure,which could reduce the Vicat softening temperature of the sample by 12.8%.
