摘要
目的了解肝癌介入手术患者陪护家属的基本状况,并探索陪护家属基本状况与肝癌介入手术患者生存质量的相关性。方法用自行设计的陪护问卷调查2018年1月至12月在镇江市第三人民医院治疗的60例肝癌介入手术患者的陪护家属基本状况;同时使用QLQ-C30和QLQ-HCC18量表对患者的生存质量进行评估,分析研究陪护家属基本状况与患者生存质量之间的相关性。结果陪护家属平均年龄为40.1岁,女性陪护家属占70%,高中及以下文化程度占76.6%,来源地为农村占68.3%,职业为农民占48.3%,年收入<5万元占68.3%。患者的QLQ-C30和QLQ-HCC18量表评分显示社会功能比较差且总健康状况低下,出现了明显的疲倦和疼痛症状。相关性分析显示陪护家属的性别、年龄、来源地、民族、年收入与肝癌介入手术患者的生存质量某些症状得分有相关性(P<0.05)。结论肝癌介入手术患者总生存质量差,尤其在社会功能领域;陪护家属基本状况影响肝癌介入手术患者生存质量。
Objective To investigate the basic status of family members accompanying in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery,and explore its impact on the life quality of the patients.Methods The self-designed accompanying questionnaire was used to investigate the basic status of accompanying family members in 60 patients with liver cancer receiving interventional surgery treated in our hospital from January to December 2018.Meanwhile,the European cancer quality of life core scale(QLQ-C30)and liver cancer patient-specific quality of life scale(QLQ-HCC18)were used to evaluate the life quality of liver cancer patients.The correlation between the basic conditions of the accompanying family members and the life quality of liver cancer patients was analyzed.Results Most of the accompanying family members were middle-aged,with an average age of 40.1 years old.Female accompanying families,high school education and below,rural origin,peasantry,annual income less than fifty thousand yuan accounted for 70%,76.6%,68.3%,48.3%and 68.3%respectively.Patients with liver cancer scored lower for social function and overall health.Fatigue and pain scored higher on the symptomatic scale.The sex of the accompanying family members was negatively correlated with the nausea and vomiting symptoms of patients with liver cancer.The age,origin,nationality and annual income of the accompanying family members were also correlated with the life quality of patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions The total quality of life in liver cancer patients receiving interventional surgery is poor,especially in the field of social function.The basic conditions of accompanying family members affect the life quality of patients with liver cancer receiving surgery.
