摘要
目的探析新型气压弹道碎石探针治疗上段输尿管结石的疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年5月~2018年10月在我院接受治疗的60例上段输尿管结石患者作为主要研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,30例/组。对照组采用气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组采用新型气压弹道碎石探针治疗,比较两种治疗方案的有效性和安全性。结果经比较两种治疗方案的有效性,观察组的碎石成功率和结石排净率均显著高于对照组,且手术时间、碎石排净时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经比较两种治疗方案的安全性,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新型气压弹道碎石探针治疗上段输尿管结石兼具有效性和安全性,可缩短碎石的排净时间,预后佳,值得推广和应用。
Objective To explore curative Effects and safety of a new pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy probe in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods 60 patients with upper ureteral calculi who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as main research objects.According to random number expression,they were divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy while the observation group was treated with a new pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy probe.The effectiveness and safety of the two treatment regimens were compared.Results After comparing the effectiveness of the two treatment plans,the success rate of lithotripsy and the clearance rate of calculi in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the operation time and clearance time of lithotripsy were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After comparing the safety of the two treatment regimens,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion A new pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy probe in treatment of upper ureteral calculi has both effectiveness and safety,which can shorten clearance time of lithotripsy.It has good prognosis,which is worthy of promotion and application.
