摘要
目的分析精细化管理模式在病房药品管理中应用体会。方法将2016年11月~2017年10月病房的药品设为对照组、2017年11月~2018年10月病房的药品设为试验组。对照组实施常规病房药品管理,试验组实施精细管理模式管理病房药品,对比两组不良事件发生率、药品管理质量评分、工作效率比较。结果不良事件发生率与对照组相比,试验组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);药品管理质量评分与对照组比较,试验组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);配药所需时间与对照组比较,试验组较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理模式在病房药品管理中,不仅可以减少不良事件发生率,还可以提药品管理质量,值得病房管理推广应用。
Objective To analyze experience in application of refined management mode in ward drug management.Methods The drugs in the wards from November 2016 to October 2017 were set as the control group and those in the wards from November 2017 to October 2018 were set as the experimental group.The control group implemented routine ward drug management while the experimental group implemented refined management mode to manage ward drugs.The incidence of adverse events,drug management quality scores and work efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time required for dispensing was shorter,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time required for dispensing was shorter,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of refined management mode in ward drug management can not only reduce the incidence of adverse events,but also improve the quality of drug management,which is worthy of the promotion and application in ward management.
